For Contraband, my primary mission was to define and spearhead a bold new audio direction for the game. I immediately took charge of the development plan, reorganizing the feature backlog and prioritizing work to align with this new vision. This involved building our external capabilities by identifying, negotiating with, and sourcing top-tier audio partners.
I also completed an evaluation of our internal audio tech stack and workflows, pinpointing inefficiencies and charting a course for improvement. To execute this vision effectively, I restructured the audio team, fostering a new environment of ownership and professional development through dedicated mentorship and collaborative workshops.
